Hip hip hurray!!! Today, the puppies from Kayley's first litter have become 2 years old. We hereby congratulate Disney, Sara, Marley, Kessie, Wolle, Guus and Yellow with their 2nd birthday and wish them all a wonderful day! We have celebrated Disney's birthday at the beach with her family and her sister Yellow. The girls loved it so much and are now resting after all the activities. We received 2 beautiful birthdaycards for Disney from our dear friends Marchiena and Desiree & Ruud, thank you again for the lovely cards!!!

In the weekend of 10 July the puppies went to their new homes. Except for Gijs, he stayed with us for another 2 weeks because his new owners were on holiday. That explains why it took us so long to update our site because socializing Gijs was a busy task! His new owners came to pick him up this weekens. The goodbye's were difficult. Our home is so quiet now, after 8 weeks of puppiefun and especially since Gijs stayed for a little while. But we have found lovely homes for the puppies and we're sure that they will all be very happy. Each new owner received a bag with information, treats and fun toys for their puppie. We tooksome time to take the saying goodbye pictures with mummie Kayley and the new owners who will love them for the rest of their lives. They are all beautiful puppies, real eyecatchers and very good at modelling before the camers! We enjoyed their puppietime here very much, it has flown bye!! This week we will start making individual pages on our site for each puppie so that everybody can follow their developments. Dear new owners, we wish you all good luck with your adorable puppies and we hope to hear from/about them regularly. It would be great if we receive new pictures and see for ourselves how they are doing. And it would be nice to see you sometimes on a kennelwalk! Lots of hugs for your puppies. Yesterday the puppies celebrated their 7th week anniversary. As visible in part 2 of the puppies 6 weeks old, this week was very busy for the puppies. The weeks have gone by so fast, it's now the last week for them at our home. We are not looking forward to saying goodbye to them this weekend, but unfortunately for us, there is no other way, the new families are so looking forward to their new familymember and are making the last preparations for the puppies and that's why we breed, to make so many people happy with their new addition in the family. The puppies became 6 weeks old yesterday. They have now been de-wormed for the third time and there is a lot to do for them this week! The puppies are going to be officially registrated this week. therefore we had to decide on which pedigreename to choose for which dog. This week, the puppies were able to go into the garden. The weather is great, and for the puppies, getting familiar with sounds from outside of the house is a good thing for their development. We have also placed a tunnel, little bigger than the one inside our house and they just love it!! We have been brushing them this week, and they don't mind it at all!! So good to learn this already at such a young age! We will try to make more movies this week of all the things they learn. Enjoy the photo's! Puppies 5 weeks old part 2

The puppies are now 5 weeks old. Their characters are coming forward now. They love to cuddle and kiss!! They are also a bit naughty now, this morning we found them walking around in the living room. Apparently we forgot to close the puppie pen yesterday evening which the puppies didn't mind at all!! Lindsey warned us by barking, through which we discovered the little monsters in our living room!! It's quite busy here with all the visitors, but that's good for the puppies and for us and the visitors a lot of fun!! They are growing very well and a few puppies have reached the 3kg now. Today the puppies celebrated their fourth week anniversary. They are really becoming naughty now! It was not hard to figure out the theme for our new fotoshoot. As we all know, the World Championship Soccer South Africa has started. And since the Dutch team is playing their first game tomorrow, this is absolutely the best way to support "our team" over there. The big girls will wear an orange clip in their hair, they want to support the Dutch team aswell and will cheer together with us!!

We have adjusted the Puppiepage. We have introduced each puppie individual to you on the new page week 0: Puppies just born. Starting today, we will place new pictures of the puppies at least every week. The teddybears indicate the weeks.

Kayley kept us waiting quite a lot...but the waiting paid of well! The puppies were born yesterday.
Kayley had a rough time this last week. So we expected the puppies to arrive earlier. But nature decided otherwise. This Saturday, the 15th of May, her bodytemperature dropped which indicated that the birth was going to take place within 24 hours. She still kept us waiting and waiting, breathing heavy and did not seem to find any rest, which she clearly needed, specially with the birth on its way. Early in the morning, there was still nothing going on till she suddenly stood up and lost some urine. Apparently something was clearly going on! Around 11:00h she finally had visible contractions. Puppie number 1, girl 430gr was born at 11:49h. To be continued in the Puppie Diary

Kayley's Puppiediary is updated again but now for the last time before the puppies will arrive! This week it's really going to happen!! We are looking forward to the birth of the puppies!!
Disney was at the international Dogshow (Europa Sieger) in Dortmund, Germany. She was placed 3rd excellent and received a beautiful report from the judge! She made us very proud!

Yes!! Kayley did get her birthdaypresent!! Today we went to the veterinarian, Kayley will definitely have puppies!!! Allthough she showed the signs of pregnancy, it is always a relief when you hear it from a vet!! We are so excited and are really looking forward to the beautiful Kayley and Lee babies!!! Now the preparations can begin (yeah, like we didn't start them already..... ;) ) This week we will start the puppiediary and keep you posted about Kayley's wellbeing.

Today we went to the dogshow in Leiden (NL). This time Lindsey participated in the Veteranclass and Disney in the Intermediate class. Both girls did very well! Lindsey became 1 Excellent and Disney 1 Excellent and Reserve Best Bitch rec.CAC/CACIB.

Yesterday we have been to the dogshow in Rheinberg, Germany. Kayley became 1 Excellent in the Champion Class, with this result now German Club Champion! Disney became 1 Excellent in the Intermediate Class but also became Best Bitch and Best of Breed!!!! She may now carry the titel "Rheinland Sieger". We are enormously proud of these two girls!!!

From Christmas untill Newyear we stayed in a cottage in Westerbork just as we did last year. We were so lucky, we had snow!! Diana visited us with Yellow and walked with us in the beautiful nature! Since we were unable to choose a few pictures out of the collection shooted in Westerbork, we decided to add an extra page to our website. The beardiegirls enjoyed themselves so much and that is visable on screen! The last Saturday it snowed all day long, leaving a fairytale look to nature! We had to photograph that!! Today we received the result of Disney's Hip X-rays: HD-A !!! We are very happy with this news!!!

Disney (Telling Tails Told You First) was placed first in the junior class at the International Dogshow in Wychen (NL)!! With this result she is now a Dutch Junior Champion!! On top of that she also became reserve best bitch!! This promissing beardiegirl has done so well this year!! Words cannot express how proud we are!!

Sara has passed her obedience exam. She managed to receive 79 out of 85 points!! An achievement which we are proud of!! Sara will take a break now and in a few months she will start the agility course at the dogschool. This now means that from Kayley's first litter, 6 out of 7 children will start or are already participating the agility course. We find it fantastic that all of the beardie owners are so active at sports with their little palls. We certainly hope that all of the owners will have lots of fun with their buddies at agility!!

Today we were at the Champion Clubmatch of the Belgian Bearded Collie Club. All our beardiegirls participated. Kayley received an Excellent, Disney did her best and became 3rd and Lindsey received the 2nd place again!! This is another day to be very proud of them!! In the picture below you can see Lindsey. The personal showpages of our girls have been updated with new pictures and results.

On 15 November the Champion Clubmatch of the Dutch Bearded Collie Club took place. All three girls participated at this show. Kayley received a 3rd place, Disney also a 3rd place and Lindsey reiceved a 2nd place! The girls have presented themselves perfectly! The below placed picture shows the juniorclass. Disney is standing second from the right.

Kessie has gratuated for the course: Social Domesticated Dog! We are so very proud of her and her owners!! Congratulations!! Kessie has now started a new course, Agility which she likes very much!! So we wish them a lot of success but most of all, a lot of joy!

Yesterday we went to the international dogshow in Rotterdam. Telling Tails Told You First (Disney) received 1 excellent and the J-CAC !! But on top of that she became Reserve Best Bitch!! No-Nonsense-s Allpurpose (Lindsey) received 1 excellent V-CAC and became 3rd best veteran of all breeds of that day!! We are so proud of both our girls!!!

Today is the first birthday of Kayley first litter to Armani. That means our little Disney will be spoiled today. (as she is every day ;-) ). We would like to congratulate all owners with their beardies first birthday!! For us it feels like yesterday that the little ones were born. And now one year later, they have become real bearded collies without their puppie-look but still behaving like one ;-) hahaha!! We wish all the brothers and sisters of Disney a wonderful day!!

Kayley went to the international Dogshow in Luik (B) today. She was placed first in the Championclass and became best Bitch! She received the CAC/CACIB and is now a Belgian Champion!! A fantastic achievement of our beardiegirl!! She has now gained 6 Championprices and has definitely proved to be a wonderful and special beautychampion!! We cannot thank her breeder Nancy Mackay (Magic Mika) enough for breeding such a sweet and beautiful beardiegirl! We feel very privileged that she is a part of our family!!

Today, Disney was presented for the first time in the Junior Class at the International dogshow in Echt (NL). She was placed first with an Excellent and the Junior CAC!! She also received a beautiful judges-report. As you can imagine, we are so proud of Kayley's beautiful daughter!!

On 14 June 2009 Kayley received Res.CAC/CACIB in Lommel (B).
On 13 June 2009, Kayley managed to score another promotion point for the B1 agility!! We are so very proud of our sportive, beautiful beardiegirl!!

Yesterday we were at the Dogshow in Genk (Belgium) with Kayley. She received the Res.CAC!! Today we were at a Combisport competition with Lindsey. This was Lindsey's first contest in Combisport after a trainingperiod of just half a year. She managed to receive the 2nd price today!! To be able to have such a success at the age of 8 is a fantastic result! We're sure everybody can magine how proud we are of Lindsey!!

Yesterday we were at the dogshow in Grefrath (Germany) with Kayley and Disney. They both did very well! Kayley received 1U in the Championclass and with this last CAC she has become a German Club and German VDH Champion!! Disney became best puppy of breed with a beautiful report. Today we have been to the International Dogshow in Hoogstraten (B) with Kayley, Disney and Guus. For Kayley this was the first time after she had her litter. Wow, what a come-back!! She became Best Bitch today and received the CAC/CACIB!! Go Kayley!! Disney and Guus were shown for the first time in the puppyclass. They did very well. Guus was placed first at the puppydogsclass and Disney at the puppybitchclass. Well done Jolanda with Guus!! In the end Disney became best puppy!!

Last week we've been on holiday in Westerbork (NL). We've made lovely walks in the woods with our beardiegirls. We also visited Jos and Lidy and their 2 beardies. You can find more pictures at our Galerie page.
